Home Decor (Jesmonite)
Our home decor pieces are handcrafted using Jesmonite, an eco-friendly, sustainable, water-based material. Each item is poured, sanded, and sealed by hand in the studio. As a sealer we use a layer of natural wax for protection.
Handle with care
- Prolonged contact with water may cause water marks.
- Wipe clean with a soft, damp (non-abrasive) cloth and dry thoroughly.
- Not suitable for use in the microwave or dishwasher.
Note: Jesmonite is heat and fire-resistant. However, if you're using your tray to burn decorative candles, some discoloration (such as white marks) may naturally occur on the surface after a long time.
Decorative Candles
Our decorative candles are made using natural rapeseed wax, hand-poured in small batches. These pieces are designed primarily for aesthetic purposes, but they can be lit if desired.
Handle with extra care
- Always place your candle on a heat-resistant, non-flammable surface before lighting, especially decorative shapes, as wax may spill. Use a deep dish or tray to catch any drips.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended or near flammable items.
- Trim the wick to approx. 5mm before each burn to reduce soot & ensure an even flame.
- Burn for no more than 2-3 hours at a time to maintain the shape.
- Keep away from direct sunlight to prevent fading or warping.
Note: Due to their sculptural nature, some candles may not burn evenly or completely. We think this adds to their charm. You can use the remaining wax on a burner just like wax melts.
Glass Jar Candles
Our glass jar candles are made with a natural soy wax blend and high-quality fragrance oils, hand-poured in small batches. Designed to fill your space with comforting scents while burning cleanly and evenly.
Handle with care
- Trim the wick to approx. 5mm before each burn for a steady flame and minimal soot.
- Allow the wax to melt fully to the edges of the jar on the first burn to prevent tunneling.
- Burn for no more than 3–4 hours at a time.
- Always place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
- Keep away from drafts, pets, and anything flammable.
- Stop using the candle once 5mm of wax remains at the bottom.
Note: After the candle is finished, feel free to clean out the jar and repurpose it. We love giving things a second life!
Reed Diffusers
Our reed diffusers are a flame-free way to gently scent your space over time. Each diffuser comes with a blend of high-quality fragrance oil and natural rattan reeds, designed to offer a consistent, long-lasting aroma.
Handle with care
- Unscrew the lid and insert 5 reed sticks. Depending on your desired fragrance strength you can use less sticks.
- After 10 minutes, flip the reeds so the saturated ends are exposed to the air.
- Fan out the reeds to allow better air circulation.
- Allow up to 24 hours for the fragrance to fully diffuse. Add more reeds if needed.
- Flip the reeds carefully to avoid spills, every 1–2 weeks to refresh the scent.
Note: WARNING. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, furnishings, and surfaces. Keep away from heat sources. Do not consume or ingest the diffuser liquid. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Place in a safe area where the bottle cannot be easily knocked over. Contents may damage wood or porous surfaces if spilled, use a coaster or tray. We recommend wearing protective gloves when handling the reeds.
Wax Melt Bars
Our wax melts are made with rapeseed wax and high-quality fragrance oils, hand-poured in small batches.
How to Use & Care
- Place one piece into the dish of your wax burner.
- If using a tealight burner, use only (unscented) 4-hour tealights. Never use 8-hour or larger tealights, as they can overheat the burner.
- Do not add water or oils to the wax.
- Allow the wax to fully melt to release the fragrance into your space.
- To change scents, let the wax cool and harden, then gently remove and wipe clean before adding a new melt.
- Never leave a lit burner unattended. Keep away from children, pets, and drafts.
- Do not move the burner while in use or while wax is still hot.
- Store the wax melts in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight
Note: Scent throw strength may vary depending on room size, ventilation, and the type of burner used.
